Awakening

It came to me while meditating yesterday. The image of a beautiful lotus flower. I researched and discovered that one of it’s meanings is spiritual awakening.

Later in another meditation I pondered on this symbol. Awakening means being aware, alive to life in all its dimensions; to feel connected to nature and humanity; to understand that we are all one. This is stillness. This is peace.
